A SCIP provides interested parties information and materials particular to the telecommunications industry surrounding a prospective site. The advantage this provides our clients is our ability to provide such information to targeted third parties both distinguishes your property from others in that same area and ultimately gets the potential third party closer to making a decision to choose your property for its equipment location. Moreover, if there is any additional information needed by the interested third party beyond what was provided in the SCIP, we are there to make sure the information is received. We again believe that the fundamental benefit of this service to our clients is that the easier, less costly and more efficient we make it for an interested third party to make a decision, the greater the probability our client’s property will be chosen.

Revenue Optimization Services: Vertical Consultants’ services do not stop once we are engaged by an interested party to lease a site. Once our client’s property is matched with an interested third party, Vertical Consultants consults directly with our clients to insure they receive the optimum net benefit from any agreement in which they enter, while at the same time making sure our clients are offering terms consistent with industry standards. These services, include, but are not limited to, the review, drafting and negotiations of documentation associated with such a transaction.
